By accessing the K&S HOLDINGS LTD network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of our autonomous delivery systems, AI software, and physical thermal hardware.

1. Service Availability and Force Majeure

Our autonomous flight operations (Astra) are subject to weather conditions and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations. K&S HOLDINGS LTD reserves the right to suspend operations during extreme weather events or "Solar Flare" atmospheric interference. In such events, we are not liable for delays in delivery times.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

All technology, including but not limited to the Nebula OS code, Shield™ material patents, and Core-X neural weights, are the exclusive property of K&S HOLDINGS LTD. Unauthorized reverse-engineering of our hardware or software is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under UK Intellectual Property law.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service instance under dispute.
